Can buy battery kit from Chinese sellers on ebay for $5 shipped (probably made in same Taiwanese warehouse as the Liquidvision one). Scuba folks do this; one light company charged me $50 for an extra battery that I bought the exact same battery with exact same markings for $8 on ebay shipped from overseas. Then the light company had the audacity to tell me Id void the warranty by using the other one (like they would ever know).

Ok!!

Then buy the kit from Amazon, and the battery from China.
Bobs your uncle.

I'm just subtlety questioning the sanity of posters, like you, who ask full retail for their used stuff, then justify it with the uneducated price for a $10 battery and charger. Just sheer silliness. Of course I will buy from Amazon with new full warranty and no one else using it or one of the other three for sale in this forum for 200-500 cheaper. No doubt yours is no longer for sale.

You see.
Back when I listed the item. The cheapest I found was 1950 from dive gear express. That is what I based my price on.
Since then, the new prices have dropped.

My reason for keeping now, is that I cannot do a dive master program in a rebreather.

So I'll keep it.
