Lava Core's sizes vary, one med. may not be the same as another med. I ordered one from Leisure Pro last year, size Lg, the first I got was extremely small. Returned it and ordered an XL, was way too big. I called them and told them my size and had someone there about my size try one on, it was a large, and they sent me that one.
