Is it an OMS?

Is it closed or simi-closed?

What is it's size stowed?

It's not marked with a "brand". Not an OMS though I don't think. I've considered it strictly for surface signaling (there's no OPR valve) and with the snorkel valve set-up, it is definately a closed system. More of a "safety sausage" than an SMB. The size rolled up is about 2 x 5.75 in. Thanks for your inquiry.
