Dive Alert - Air Horn
2 - Safety Whistles
1 - Signal Mirror
1 - Safety Hat, Size S/M
2 - Aerial flares
2 - Orange Dye Markers
1 -ACR Electronics P/N 3355 Strobe (2-AA batteries)
1 - Larger Strobe (1 - C size battery)
1- spare sub-strobe halogen bulb, 7.2V, 0.8A
1 - SeaPack - Emergency Desalination Kit - New/Unused. Comes with directions. (retail $75)

The unit is self contained and comes in a sealed pouch. The idea being if you are stranded on the surface of the ocean, you could create drinkable water from saltwater. This would be a critical piece of gear to have in anyone's survival kit that ventures offshore. This is not intended to take below the surface with you on a dive.
