OMS emergency dive shears, gr8 for getting u out of nasty entanglements, web site claims it can cut cable, fishing wire leader and pennies lol comes with the utility pouch that are made for the shears but i had to buy seprately
$30 bucks plus shipping

i also have a pair of spring straps (never used too big for me and i fit a 9.5 shoe)
