Seaquest Black Diamond BC Size XL. It includes an Apollo Bio Tank lock and a Beuchat safe second for the inflator. This is used but taken care of. I bought this in 2002 and it has approximately 150 dives on it. I also have the extension panels for it if you are a bigger guy.
