The usual spot for hoses is Piranha. Their prices are low enough to make buying used hoses less useful.

Tortuga are you in China like your mini profile says? They even ship there? Not that I doubt it though.
Piranha are really nice about stuffing things in flat rates boxes to ship to all the little former Trust Territories in the Pacific. Flat rate rules.
Yes and yes, Randy is always very helpful with minimising shipping costs, I have had them send orders to me in Australia previously and now here in China, always quick & cheap
