Wow. Someone must have gotten ripped off by the LDS. And passing the loss onto us. Might help if you posted pictures. So we knew if it was the new or old model. Effects the price a bit. How did you get a burst LP hose? Would seem to suggest that the IP was way too high, and the 2nd stages may be damaged. Service kits for the setup is over 100. Plus labor.

Since I dive legends as my doubles rig, and single setup, I'm always on the lookout. As I recall I paid 150 for my last DIN set on ebay. It included 1st and 2nd stage, and LP hose. Food for thought. Some market research on recently sold items on ebay would help set your price too.

I agree OtherHalf I have 2 sets of legends and love them and also always on look out for another set, but I always love when people try to sell used scuba equipment that have been laying in closets for years at the price of new equipment.

@pconsidine and @otherhalf. Here are some pictures of the reg set ups. The reg set that has the tear in the HP hose has the blue hose protector on it. I bought that reg set up in 2009 and it has about 250 salt water dives on it. The second reg set up has about 30 saltwater dives on it and was bought in 2012.

The LX setup that I bought in 2012 only has about 30 saltwater dives on it. While the other reg setup, bought in 2009, with the DIN/yoke 1st stage has the 250 saltwater dives on it.

I PM'd you an offer. With 250 salt water dives and a burst hose, your reg sounds like it hasn't been properly maintained. Buyers will be assuming a lot of risk. There is the obvious that it will need a rebuild, but a very real possibility that it will have suffered corrosion that will condemn the reg. I know you don't want to hear that, but this is life support equipment, and you're asking someone to pay 100% retail on the hope that it'll be okay, and with your low post count you don't get the trust otherwise extended to other community members.

lol

after several pointing out that the price is that or more than a new one...
only other posts ara about the 250 dives and a burst hose... not a word about price drop etc..... LOL... good luck

If you find a buyer at these prices would you let them know that I have a bridge in Brooklyn New York for sales.
