ultra compact camera with aperture and shooter priority manual ?

Hello,

I have being looking for an ultra compact or small compact camera with manual aperture priority and manual shooter speed setting.

Do you know of ay models that have original manufacturer underwater case?

CANON SX200 and Panasonic DMC-LX3 for example do not have original underwater case, I dont even know if any manufacturer makes the case? do any do ?

I will also need INON AD mount adapter to be available for such underwater case, since I have many INON accesories I would like to continue using.

Please let me know of any camera models that have manual setting and i will check on them

My Fuji F50fd has both Shutter and Aperature priority manual modes and Fuji makes a real nice housing for it.
