Looking for either a camera/housing/light or strobe setup, or a housing and strobe for my Canon Rebel XTi. Something to get me started.

A housing for the Rebel XTI may run you twice as much as the camera maybe more this is kind of common for Digital SLR cameras. Also taking a expensive camera underwater can get expensive because it isn't a matter of if you'll flood a camera it is a matter of when you will.
My suggestion is stay with a less expensive point and shoot camera and housing.
