For sale is one used Sealife strobe, model SL960D. This strobe has never been flooded and works perfectly. I have upgraded my camera and set-up so this is no longer needed.

Included is the strobe on a flexible arm and the tray, flash diffuser, fiber optic flash link with mounting options, two Velcro keepers for the fiber optic cable, manual and Sealife case. This strobe also has the newer updated heavy duty battery case.

I am interested, does it come with the optical cable? Also, since your not close enough to the ocean, where might you be located...?

Yes, fiber optic cable is included (can be seen in photo #1) and can be attached to the outside of the housing using Velcro (how I used it with the attached connector displayed in photo #1). The connector also comes off by an allen set screw and the cable can be slipped into a Bush fitting also. Located in Illinois.
 
Here are several more pieces I just found that will connect the fiber optic cable to various camera housings.
