I am thinking about a DIY project to convert my sea & sea dx1g from optical strobe to wired sync cables.

The camera has a hotshoe, but no ttl pins, so manual strobe use only.

First thought is to use the 4 pin cables since there are lots of real cheap motormarine bodies available on eBay that can donate a bulkhead connector. All I need is some cheap cables.

I believe the sea & sea part number is 17200, but I have not been able to find a ready & cheap supply.

I am willing to pay rock bottom prices for a few cables that someone has lying around in their closet. Cables need to be functional.
Thanks!

THe strobes are ys110s.

I like DIY. I use wired YS-90's. I have 1ea 4 pin right-angle x 5 pin S&S strobe-end cable*, and I will donate it to your project if you pay shipping. *No O-rings.

agreed - pm me so we can arrange shipping payment details. *

* o-rings i can get locally - I use an industrial supplier Able O-Ring. I think they hate me. Last visit was for housing pushbutton o-rings. After 15 minutes of measuring and poking current o-rings from my housing I was embarrassed when they said new o-rings where 4 cents each. So I said give me a hundred.
