Take this off my Hands

I have some older camera gear that have been sitting around for awhile now. It has been in storage for the last 2-3 years and when cleaning up found it again. I'm pretty sure everything works but haven't tried playing with any off it, it all worked before going in to storage. Make me an offer and relieve me of this gear.

1) Olympus SP-350 Digital Camera with Ikelite Housing, DS 50 Strobe and Pelican Case
2) Olympus C-4000 Zoom with Ikelite Housing (Have 2 of these)

I used to shoot with those SP350 cameras, great camera but the only downside of it is that its a little slow in RAW and eats batteries.
