Olympus XZ-1 and PT-050 rarely used

Bought these a year ago, been in the water twice: once for myself to try, and once for a friend to try. I thought I could use this setup when I don't want to carry the bulk of my EM5, but didn't realize with the bulk of handles and Inon Z-240s, I am not saving much so it was either EM5 or the GoPro and this set never got used.

Asking $400 including PayPal and shipping. I have the LC-63A auto lens cap and an extra LI-50B battery. All paperwork are included.
