Hi Ran,
I have a tech question on strobe sync on your system,
How did you trigger the YS-d1 strobes from the ikelite housing?
did you use only manual mode or acheive a form of TTL exposure?
Regards
Ian

Hi Ian,

I am using an Ikelite to Sea & Sea sync cord. It's capable of triggering the strobe but does not provide TTL exposure. Only manual.
It does have a weird phenomenon where it triggers the strobe twice some times but it doesn't really interfere with regular operation and the YS-D1 batteries are very strong and always last for 2 dives at least.

When using a second strobe (with no sync connector) I trigger it optically from the YS-D1 with a fiber optic cable. Works great.
