I am very interested in everything but the Tokina lens (I already have one). Would you separate that out? Do you have an Ike strobe? What would be the problem with shipping to the US? How much, with shipping?

No problem shipping to the US and separating the Tokina. It would drop $300 off the price.
No Ike strobe but I have some more accessories if you need.
