It is rated to 3200 psi. Can I increase the pressure to 3500 and how would I do that? I also was wondering if it would hurt the compressor? Does any one know what is the difference between this compressor and the capitanos rated for hiugher pressure?
Depends on the model year and max working pressure established by Bauer. This is especially true of the final separator/filter tower. A lot of older models had very ineffective combo units.
Send me some pictures of the block (especially first stage head) and filter system to gkaplan@lawrence-factor.com. Also, the block number will help (hand stamped number on the crankcase, looks like "A/1234/03")
