Hey Gang,

I picked up two compressors this weekend and I was told one was a Bauer K20 and the other was a K15. The one that was described as a K20 is in a Mako frame, has a 15HP 3 phase motor, and a serial number of 82/300/2 which I believe makes it a 1982 block.

I was told the second one is an early 1970s K14 or K15 but that's all I've got on it. It only has a 10HP 3 phase motor on it so I'm not sure if they were underdriving it or what was going on. Unfortunately the original owner passed away so that's all I've got other than they ran six months ago.

I'd like to be certain what I've got before I start trying to clean them up and so forth. Any compressor gurus want to enlighten me?

Thanks!

Ed
