Ok the Guys I bought the computer from emailed a Patch
and are sending out an update disk.
Not sure if the 2 are the same or not so I'll keep you all posted.
The patch didn't solve the issue either
Edit,
Apparently they have released the update disk to evolve with windows operating system
to confirm the the way the computer was written to stop these errors.
You are not the only one that has had problems with that computer. I know a few guys here that hate the POS. They ended up swapping for a Smart Com or Suunto Cobra. I've heard too many not-so-good things about the Wisdom and to me I wouldn't own it if Suunto or UWatec went out of buisness.

Bar this mishap I'm most impressed with the computer
Great screen and great audio warnings
Yes the software is not worth it, but scubase makes it redeem itself.
and beyond the problems I've read about from cold water diving, well luckily my local waters hit a bottom of about 60f in winter and around 78f in summer so I'm guessing I can count that out
And further more the outlet I bought it from have so far been excellent in response time and effort in regards to support
Get a copy of the 3rd-party software, Scubase, and import your logs. It will give you options to add trips, photos and presents the data in a much more readable way with additional data such as SAC rate. It's got everything that the primitive Wisdom software lacks.
