looking for underwater navigation slate with compass
Hi all,
i watched discovery channel and noticed a special forces diver with a underwater navigation slate with compass, watch and depth gauge. Its a black board with two grips.
RJE international makes them but they are a little expensive...
You can also cut one yourself from star-board ( plastic board ) and lace wrist mount compass and depth gauges as well as your watch ( used to log distance ) through the board.
The RJE unit comes with a nifty chemical light holder and the compass is hard mounted into the deck of the board.
diving gal.... whewwww... thats an expensive slate there... $100??? too rich for my slate buyin blood. How much is the other one with the compass, timer, dg?
