My bad. Weekend before last I left my Aladin Pro dive computer attached to my console and loaded it on the truck after our boat dives. Some gear must have been dropped on top of it. When I went to dive last weekend, the LCD was leaking bad enough that I can only see a few of the numbers. The computer itself still works fine and I can download the data. It's just the LCD itself that developed a crack... not the outer protective layer.
Has anyone out there had the display replaced on this unit? I'd be interested in knowing the cost. If it isn't worth repairing it, I'll just dive it as my backup computer.
