Hello everybody.
Recently i purchased an Aladin 2g dive computer. Since there is no serial number engraved - written on the dive computer i used for registering the product the electronic ID that one can find either via Smarttrak or at menu Set 2 (a ten digit number).
The problem is that while you try to register the computer at the Scubapro page and after inserting the aforementioned number at the proper field a choice for Aladin 2g doesn't exist at the Product drop down menu. Personally i registered the computer as an Aladin Tec 2g and afterwards i notified about it Scubapro but after a few days i received a message informing me that i attempted to register an invalid serial number.
I contacted Scubapro asking for guidance but till now there have been no reply.
Anybody had the same problem as me and if yes what were the necessary steps for completing the registration?
