I just got one this week.

The manual simply doesn't say what the EDT alarm is for in normal mode. I *think* it means to sound the alarm every X minutes (where X = 10-180 or something) when you are on a dive. I tried it out today, and it did in fact beep 10 minutes into the dive, and again at 12 minutes but for a shorter interval, but I don't think it did it again. It's possible I wasn't down for 20 minutes so maybe that's why it didn't go a second time for that reason, but why at 12? I watched the 14 minute mark pass and it didn't repeat again.

Any clues?

TIA!

EDT = Elapsed Dive Time

In Normal mode I think it is meant to go off after a single selected time period......say 45 minutes into the dive.

In Free Dive mode the alarm goes off at selected intervals....default is 30 seconds.

TBH I've never used that alarm function.

Yes, thanks for the reminder about the training! I got it figured out. It turns out that the EDT alarm is used for simply a reminder of how long you've been down. I was hoping it would fire every 10 minutes as I set it.
