I bought an Apeks Quantum (aka Tusa UQ-700) over the weekend. Can't wait to get it wet. I'm still waiting for the interface cable to arrive, but I already installed the software.
Before I bought the Apeks computer, I downloaded the Tusa version of the software to take a look at. The software is virtually identical to the Apeks version. Only the name has changed. Dive Rite seems to be behind the times as they don't have software for the NiTek Duo on their website. They don't even advertise that the unit is capable of interfacing with a PC.
Does anyone know who wrote the software for Apeks and Tusa? I would like to find out if they are looking for beta testers of new versions.
