I'm not sure what a Skinny Dipper is, but welcome to SB! If it has anything to do with diving, I'm sure someone here knows the answer to your question.
I saw replacement batteries for the Skinny Dipper (I have one) as I was cruisding another web site but I can't remember which one. Have you tried a Google search?

Regarding batteries for the Skinny Dipper:
(Divin Hoosier, its a computer-older style- non nitrox-1loggfed dive memory,few bells or whistles- but they last forever.)
3 years ago, I got mine here:

The batteries aren't cheap ($30 each), but they do last a long time.

I have and still use the Skinny Dipper Mark II. I have the original batteries from the original Skinny Dipper (prior to it's evolution into the Mark II). I also have the newer one that is "shrink wrapped". It is nothing more than 3 3volt batteries in series putting out 9v.
The battery is : Varta Lithium 3V ER 1/2AA
I found a site that sells them. The companies name is E-power Devices, Inc. email sales@e-powerdevices.com.
