I changed the batteries and the computer is not working as it should. The
guide says it should turn off after two hours if you do not dive. Well,
it's been 8 hours and it won't shut off.

Is there a problem? Should I be concerned? Is there a manual way to shut it off??

not sure whats going on there, yes you are right its supposed to turn after two hours if not submerged..Hmm on the odd occasion mine does something odd I simply remove the battery and replace it always solves the problem. Try that...goodluck...oh how old/how many dives on it/is it?

There is no way to manually shut it off, as I said take out the battery, on ya next dive watch it closely, may just be a one off gremlin.

PS goes without saying but obviously if you dont already you should carry a backup computer or analogue gauges bottom timer etc....
