Specifically which features are you interested in?

Some people don't distinguish between a dive watch and a dive computer.

Is a display of NDLs important?
What about current depth reading?
Nitrox-capable?
 
You may want to check ebay for a Sector watch. They are sport watches and some are water resistant to 200 meters.
 
Any Seiko Diver's 200m watch will be perfect for this. They make watches that are well-respected by the watch-obsessed, and they're not expensive despite being quite innovative technologically. One particular model was a classic among GIs in Vietnam, and its descendant is still in production today for a little over $100.
 
I enjoy my citizen. It's Eco-Drive, so you don't have to change batteries and it is 300m... if you ever need it.
