Hey all,

I'v had the suunto d6 for a while and recently decided to sell that and switch to Galileo. I wanted a bigger screen and a way to monitor gas ..etc plus I'v got it for a very good price.

Only issue I have so far is connectivity to the PC. the infrared of those Vista PCs are recognizing anything from the device and im having trouble finding an infrared receiver on the market since its a very old technology.

any ideas for workarounds for the Vista PCs?

Thanks all.

alright, I may have found the answer.. I just grabbed a 10$ USB Infrared dongle and it worked great. turns out some of those built in infrared ports on the new laptops are just there for remote controls.
