Hi, I have added a friend as a new user on Suunto 2.6.0 dive manager and when I come back to my account, SDM is asking for my password. I have no idea about the password... I never have created a password for SDM.
Do you please have any idea how to solve this problem?

Hi Angela

You can open the Suunto logbook file with Microsoft Access. The required password can be found in this thread. The logbook can be found here:

Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Suunto\D9.mdb

Windows Vista or Windows 7:
C:\ProgramData\Suunto\D9.mdb

The folder is hidden by default, that means you must show hidden files in Windows. When you've opened the database with Access you can find it in the items table.

thanks for your quick help and the information regarding MS Access!!! Problem solved... SDM is working... PW was the same like the username ;-)
