Here's a tip to install the internal o-ring on a Sunnto Quick Disconnect.

Step 1- Remove the old o-ring. (I know...easier said than done. If you go to NAPA and purchase a Seal/o-ring pick, the task is a little easier.)

Step 2 Installing the new o-ring. If your game plan is to insert the new o-ring and Hope that it seats itself in the recessed groove. Stop....Re-Treat, Re-Group and Re-think your game plan. Try this approach instead. Insert the o-ring into the hole (Opposite end of the female threaded end.) Once you have the o-ring pushed into the hole put your thumb over the hole. Get a can of compressed air equipped with a straw on the nozzle (Like the stuff you use to clean your keyboard.) Insert the straw into the female threaded end with the smaller hole. "Squirt" some air into the part. and gently lift your thumb so that a tiny amount of air escapes then press down with your thumb to make an air tight seal. Repeat as many times a necessary to get the o-ring to seat.
