Was just wondering how you get the unit out of the housing / strap? Does it unscrew?

Push it up from the bottom... it's just held in place by tightly gripping rubber. It helps if you grab the edges of the strap to pull them down and apart while pushing up from the middle.

Hmm would do but i'm in the UK...

We ship all over. I'd guess we could mail a BT Mount for less than $3. The mounts don't weigh very much.
