I hate to even post this, but it looks like the left overs of TD 27 may reform into a new tropical storm or depression:

Sattelite Loop of Carribean

NOAA Statement

SATELLITE IMAGERY INDICATES THAT SHOWER ACTIVITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE
REMAINS OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION TWENTY-SEVEN HAS BECOME BETTER
ORGANIZED NEAR THE NORTHERN COAST OF HONDURAS. IF CURRENT TRENDS
CONTINUE...A TROPICAL DEPRESSION OR TROPICAL STORM COULD FORM LATER
TODAY.

when is the latest in the year that a hurricaine has ever developed?

The water here in Belize is only about 27C. The wind has been cold the last 4 days...doesn't feel like hurricane weather but who knows? Another weekend of no diving...

Let's just hope it is your typical, fast moving TS. No stalling this time -- give us the rain and keep on moving, Gamma.

It isn't moving much at all the last couple days. And it is raining here. But it can't.....it just can't get stronger...oh please, oh please.....
