Cozumel Vacation 3/18 - 3/25/06

We are heading down to Cozumel March 18th for some diving, laughs and complete relaxation. Every time we are there we wish we could meet up with a group of divers to swap stories of the days dives. Anyone interested in meeting up to compare fish stories? I really don't know many restaurants to "schedule" a meeting place. The only one we frequent is Las Palmas (sp?). Any other suggestions?
Any one going to be in Cozumel that week?

Two wild and crazy guys in our group, arriving Saturday the 18th and leaving the 26th. I have no clue where we will hang our hats though??

We're fellow Wisconsinites arriving on the evening of the 17th. Let us know where you're staying, etc., we'd like to meet up with you. We are a group of four: me, my wife, daughter and son-in-law.

By the way, where in Wis. do you live? Do you dive here much?

I'll be in Cozumel from the 15th - 19th. We're diving with ScubaDu for atleast 2 days. we're staying the Melia so we're kinda off the beaten path unless we taxi in to dive with a different op.

Me and my dive buddy will be down there for six days starting 3/17. We are staying at Hotel Cozumel. Can anybody recommend a good dive shop to dive with?

I was also reading about Dolphin dives - I've always wanted to do that (yeah, I know its corny). Could anybody recomend a place that is worth the extra money that they ask for these dolphin dives?

Another fellow Wisconsin resident here that will down there with a buddy March 22-29. We are diving with Chrisit at Blue XT Sea and staying at the Casa del Mar.

Bubble Twin, look at Christi's restaurant recommendation list in this (Cozumel) sub forum. The nice thing about the restaurants in Cozumel is that you can sit and swap stories for hours. It's impolite for the waiters to bring you the check until you ask for it. We just got back a week ago (and missing all of our island friends already)!

My wife Dinah and I are sure chomping at the bit, it is getting so close we get to leave for Cozumel tomorrow. We live in the foothills of California and for the last week it has been snowing on and off all week, at our elevation(3000') it rarely snows. It will be so nice to get off the plane and find it above 80.

We will be staying at Caribe Blu and diving with Christi and crew so we will be seeing some of you on the boat. Any time any or all of you want to get together lets do it. I like coz Sally's idea (different thread) of the Sonora Grill. I'm not sure if I'm going to have grilled octopus though. If you want to meet for beers or margaritas and watch the sunset somewhere that would be fun as well.
