Restaurant Recommendation for Group?

Posting for Alcina (whose dial-up is making posting here frustrating right now):

Going to be in Cozumel July 15-22 to do some "research" for her wedding. We want to check out a bunch of restuarants in Cozumel while we are there. We have Christi's list already and are really looking forward to sampling their choices, but we are also looking for others that may not be on that list:

Requirements: - can take 20-30 people; relatively inexpensive $10/meal would be good; open for lunch and or dinner.

Any recommendations for that type of group?

Haven't read Christy's list, though I'm sure it's right on the money.

I suggest you look into Casa Denis on the main square, it is very well priced, clean, great service, not fancy at all, very quaint. Mexican, Seafood, Lobster, tortas, tacos, burgers, you name it, can easily eat there well for less than 10 dollars, been there since the 40's or '50's. They can accomodate you I'm sure in the front section, if you arrange it previously, but they also have a courtyard in the back I'm sure they could set up for a group that size. You can also contact Adrian of Especies about it, as it's his family that own Casa Denis, and some nights Adrian manages it besides his own restaurant, which is also a good choice, but pricier than CD.
