Cozumel water/air temps in Feb

I might have the opportunity to go with some folks to Cozumel the 2nd weekend in February.

How are water and air temps down there then?

Is this a good or bad time to go?

Air temps mainly in the 80's daytime, 70's evenings. Water temp 79-80.

There literally is never a bad time to go to Cozumel.

We're usually in or around the Yucatan around the middle of February, and on Cozumel for a week of that time (a bit later, the end of Feb this year). Found the water and air temps to be very pleasant. It's cooler on land, and inland on the Yucatan, which is a plus for us.
