Couldn't have been better! We stayed at the Occidental Grand which is towards the southern end of the island. It was pretty far from town, but right next to Santa Rosa Wall and Palancar Reef. We never had more than eight divers on our boat and had great divemasters and crew--very helpful and professional.
The only dive that that left anything to be desired was one night dive we did. The current was just a little too strong and it was hard for our group to stay together.
Other than that, it was a great experience. We got picked up and dropped off right at our beach in front of our hotel. Santa Rosa Wall was amazing and Palancar Gardens was beautiful. We'll be back soon.
