    Carnival Liberty Eastern Carribean

We are heading out next week for a 7 day cruise on the Carnival Liberty. I have booked a dive at St Thomas and have been researching comments from the site about the dive op they use. I will reserve comment for now because there is nothing real current. Hoping for a good time. This will be my first ocean dive.

We spent a week in St Thomas and dove with two different ops. Bolongo Beach Dive Club - managed by Andre - good op, fairly basic dives. Chris Sawyer Diving - took a trip to RMS Rhone - very nice trip, excellent pics - makes me want to go back. Hope you have fun.

Sawyer's closed and moved over to St. John - a couple years ago IIRC.
Chris Sawyer Dive Center is no longer in operation. It has changed hands and is now being operated by Patagon at Caneel Bay Resort.
The people that took over their shop are called Red Hook Dive Center.

You might also try Admiralty Dive or Blue Island Divers instead.
Both have cruise programs and will pick you up at Havensight (cruise pier).

My dive went well and the dive ops were friendly and helpful. Since this was my first time in the ocean it went all too quickly.

    Here are some pics.
