Looking as newly certified open water divers (2) to try out either Puerto Vallerta or Cabo San Lucas.

We are cruising with Princess, who does not offer scuba excursions for our cruise.

Any favorite sites in either location and opinions on which has better diving?

Also need to know about good operators who might be flexible with pickup times.

We have 8 hours in PV and 7 in Cabo. 10 AM arrival in PV and 7 AM in Cabo.

Crown Princess 22 November 2014- Any other divers?

in Cabo the diveshops are in the harbor where the cruise will stop
there is no dock so the cruise ships stop away from land and you will be shuttled in
no need for pick-up, just walk to one of the many dive shops, we used Dive Cabo. Your scuba diving center in Cabo San Lucas, Los Cabos, Mexico
i would suggest contacting them ahead of time to book your dives, they do 2 tank dives in the morning, departure time is 8.30am
