DAN Renewal Option and Procedure

Suggestion:

DAN doesn't allow the remove/inactivate family member during the online renewal procedure. They ONLY allows adding the member. Are you sure if DAN is NPO.

Why don't you allow the member to edit (remove/inactivate) member status during the renewal procedure?

And, your customer service doesn't reply on time, so my account has been expired. :no Doesn't it affect to my coverage? Or do you have any grace period like Auto insurance?

Thanks in advance,

I have the same problem- My son is 20 now, in the USMC overseas and has his own DAN membership and insurance.

Rather than trying to convince a dumb web page that it is wrong I've just left him listed. Doesn't really hurt anything.

Finally, I could renew via phone. The rep. contacted me via phone.

They answered that it is some kind of SW issue though, it doesn't make sense because the web page allows adding the members (more revenue, LOL~~).

In addition, I don't understand the difference between "remove" and "inactivate" member.

I thought that "inactivate" means a temporary pause, but it isn't apprently.
