My LDS is without a swim instructor and is looking to hire.
Where would you start to look for a swim instructor?

Thanks

Actually it is not uncommon at all for dive shops that have their own pool to offer swim lessons and pool party rentals as a way to generate income to offset the cost of operating a pool. It is not a bad concept. Most swim lessons run 3p -7p weeknights, leaving the 7-9p slot open for scuba instruction. On weekends, they rent the pool out late afternoons (after scuba class).
