South Carolina

[Warhammer]

Seems my presence is insisted upon at wedding in South Carolina, Labor Day weekend. So I thought I'd make the best of it and get in a few dives. The wedding is in a small town just outside of Augusta, but I'm willing to travel a few hundred miles, if it's worth it. Any diving in the Hilton Head Island aera? I'm aware of the famous Cooper River, but that's a tad out of my wife's idea of diving, so.

San Diego is just tad to far west, wouldn't you say? I'm going to get out there someday for sure though. I still have a few hoses to cut out that way.

If you are looking for dives from Charleston off shore, check out the website from the dive shop of Freedom at Depth. Perhaps they could help you on a trip. http://www.freedomatdepth.com I am not sure of their schedule but they will refer you if they are not heading out off shore. There is another one that goes out of Charleston a few miles to dive. Charleston Scuba. Good luck.
