South Carolina questions regarding a specific LDS and dive sites?

My wife wants to do the Myrtle Beach "thing" Heavy Sigh!!!!

That being said I have researched dive sites that I could dive with my daughter (Jr. certified).

I have come up with the "10 mile barge" and the "11 mile tug and airplane" sites. These are out of Murrell's inlet with Mermaid Diving.

    The questions are?

#1 - It this a dive organization you would use and

    # 2 - are these dive sites good or would you pass on them?

    Thanks................

    Hi Dan

I was down that way just before Easter. I dove with Coastal Scuba. Good people, nice boat. I dove Barracuda Alley, which at about sixty feet is pretty good for a beginner. For me anyway it was a real easy dive.
They have a web site with all the details.

    Have a good time.

We recommend Coastal Scuba when people come in and ask for recommendations. I haven't heard much on Mermaid the last few years, this could be good or bad. The worst thing I hear on Coastal is they will go out almost anytime regardless of the weather. Good diving.
