Jupiter Florida Shark Trip (Feb 6 - 9)

Two 3-tank charters @ $100 each (lunch included), and a dive at the Blue Heron Bridge, arguably the best shore dive in North America (free).

First dive is a drift dive looking for pelagic sharks. Greater Hammerheads are often spotted on these drift dives with Jan-March being the prime season.

Second two dives are on a reef or wreck, and the target will be lemon sharks. We typically see six to ten, with a good chance of seeing a friendly resident tiger shark. We also see nurses, goliath groupers, and at least one sea turtle per trip.

We will hit the Blue Heron Bridge on the morning of the last day. It's shallow, so we usually get between one and two hours out of a tank if the tides are kind to us.
You're responsible for travel, fills, lodging, and meals. We can provide you with suggestions for lodging and meals, and addresses for the closest, and best shops to deal with in the area. We'll also plan on having most of our meals as a group, but that's totally optional.

MUST have a Nitrox Cert. You will not be allowed to dive air on this boat. No exceptions. You must also be an Advanced Open Water diver, or possess equivalent certifications or experience. You'll be required to email or fax a copy of your certs to me before reserving your slot.

These are AWESOME, and fun dives. We usually make an annual trip to this part of Florida, and this is a great way for new folks to learn the area and it's dive opportunities the easy way.

Please ask here, or send me a PM if you have any questions or concerns, or if you're interested in signing up for the trip.
