Ok one other thing, in the scenario you put it in yes it would be assault with a deadly weapon, but if your running me down with a boat and I have no way of protecting myself, you can be your ass ill fire my speargun at you or your property, that's self defense.. if there's a cop standing in the road next to his car with his lights on and some crazy b*tch floors it towards him of course he would fire at her
