Looks like a cool book. I tried the links for the books and got so far as to ordering and then the page could not be found. I'll keep trying.

Yes, we do. I like the book and would recommend it to others!
Although, I have to admit that I've been so busy with work that I have not yet had the opportunity to put it into action by starting to exercise.
