    For those needing protein powder/supplements...

I just noticed this area of the forum down here...
I am a physical therapist, personal trainer (NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist - CSCS), and I run a fitness/bodybuilding forum and I work as a moderator on another one.

Anyway - I buy a lot of products from True Protein (True Protein | High Quality Nutrition and Protein Supplements) ... they have awesome prices on super high quality products from protein powder to sleep aids (their sleep aid is AWESOME).

I love the company, so I was given a "discount code" to help bring in new customers. No - I don't work for the company, but when I refer a new customer it helps get me closer to getting free protein.

The discount code I have is AAL229 - which will save you 5% on your order, and if you order more product you will save more.
I don't care if you use my code or not - just check out the products, you guys will love them. Customer service is also top notch.

If anyone has questions about them or how to use the website to order (they do bulk stuff and custom mixes) I'm happy to help, just send me a PM.

Also - if anyone is interested in checking out the fitness/bodybuilding site I run send me a PM... I'm not going to post it on here because I don't know what the rules are regarding that.

you can put your website in your sig line.
If you just only promote your website without offering useful information to the rest of the board, you will quickly be shunned. Seen it happen on many ocassions whether it be fitness, books, equipment mfg, etc. Also have seen fitness experts come on the board and be a real asset to the community here.
