So a little bit of a bragging thread.
After 3 months of running 4 times a week, I have finally reached my goal I ran 10km (6.2 miles) in 49 minutes.
For the last few months my only drive has been to run the 10km in under 50 minutes. And I finally reached it, though it was on a treadmill at the gym, my next mission is running it on road; this will be exponentially more difficult, but I can do it.
