Just got to thinking ... wish I had saved some of my old Skin Diver mags with pioneers in the sport like Neal Watson.
Ya, if I had bothered to save all the old US divers catatogs we orderd mailorder gear from back then, and all the magazines I once had, some of it would be truly collectable by now.
I saved nothing from those days but my 72 steel/J valve tank and my Hawaiian Sling pole spear.
I vaguely recall something like that some time back. Can you refresh my memory with a bit better description of this legendary object?
Remember back in June/July of this year when we were in Bonaire and that bright light/object in the sky warmed us during SI and dried our gear before the flight home....that ball of light is what I am referring to.
