Yes, Dr. Bill, it was. It was a fabulous day, started when a fave dive buddy took me to brunch and ended with dinner with my family and my 8 yr old nephew who shares the same birthday as you and I. Was a day filled with laughter, love and good eats. Who can ask for more? Well, maybe some diving would have been the icing on the cake but I will do that for next year's birthday.
Great to hear, Sam. I got a thrill when my two year old granddaughter saw me coming through the window and ran to the door, jumped up and down and yelled "Papa Bill! Papa Bill!" Priceless!

Having a son that is close to turning 2, I can definitely feel my chest tightening just recalling him greeting me at the door. Of course I'll be a little confused if he ever starts calling me Papa Bill .

Wont be long Steve till he meets you at the door, to ask for the car keys on his way out. The time passes way too quickly.

Sounds absolutely heavenly, Dr Bill. I get similar reactions from my nieces and nephews except they yell, "Auntie Sam", not Papa Bill. And when they say, I love you and/or I miss you, my heart just simply explodes.
