Apollo/Dacor AV-1 owner's manual

I've been in search of an owner's manual for the Apollo/Dacor AV-1, without success.

Apollo does not have one posted on their web site. Nor do they have one on hand to scan and send out.

I have one for the Tusa Sav-7 which is the same exact scooter just a different shade of yellow.
